Login to your Autodesk Account (note your user account needs either Primary Admin rights or set as Contract Manager within your Autodesk accounts): https://manage.autodesk.com/home
1. If brought to home screen Click Manage Products and Downloads (otherwise skip to step 2)
2. Click on User Management
3. Click By User
4. Click Add Users
5. Type or copy and paste the following user to your account as shown below:
(Email) autodeskaccountadmin@teamd3.com
6. Click on the newly created Reseller Help User and set as Secondary Admin
8. Rename your team name to include your company name. If you have multiple teams you can add a dash with the team names. So for example below D3 Technologies teams might be:
Click Save Changes
That is all that is necessary. Once D3 accepts the invite we will be able to login and help manage your licenses and users account as needed.
